1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, name, and usage data when you create an account. API request metadata (model, tokens, timestamps) is logged for billing and analytics. We do not store the content of your API requests or responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide the Service, process billing, prevent abuse, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security
API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. We use encrypted connections (TLS) for all API traffic. Account passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
4. Third-Party Services
API requests may be forwarded to upstream AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) according to your model selection. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to the processing of request content.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
