1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inference Space ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Inference Space provides API access to AI models through a unified OpenAI-compatible interface. The Service is operated by NexusGPU PTE.LTD.

3. API Usage

You are responsible for all API calls made with your API keys. Do not share your keys or use them in client-side code. Rate limits apply per API key.

4. Billing & Credits

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. A 5% platform fee is included in model pricing.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, generating harmful content, or circumventing rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
